So the receptionist ( Jamie) has the rudest attitude I have ever encountered with any receptionist at a doctor's office. She got smart with me because I didn't understand her question. Her question was and I quote with a nasty tone( why didn't you schedule with a pediatrician instead of nurse practitioner today..I see you have two kids over there sitting down. ) I only had one child who very clearly looks like a child. Then my husband. So now I'm confused and offended. Not only did I not book my own appointment nor put it in their system...a different receptionist did and thank God she was sitting there and took ownership of the situation because I was kind of upset. Then I asked Jamie to repeat her question because I was still kind of confused. She gave me no eye contact her energy read that she was trying to not cuss me out.. her body language was so resistant and I felt like leaving to be honest. It's our first visit at this clinic mind you!! So my first impression was tainted. However the other two ladies at the desk were professional and very nice. I appreciate the fact they were there. Our appointment was at 8:40 we were on time. We waited well over an 1hr 1/2 to see the doct

Stay away from this place. This place does not care about their patients. They cancel appts last minute after waiting months to get in, they allow medications to run out during the time you are waiting for the next appt only for them to cancel again. The nurse and appt line are extremely rude and unprofessional. You are playing with people's lives . People who rely on medications and should not have a lapse . It is time for everyone who is dealing with this to reach out to lawyers.

I couldn't find the words to describe how rude and uncaring the receptionist staff are ,especially one. I completely changed my pcp because of them. My Doctor Carlisle ( i think that's right) was amazing! Most of them are absolutely great. Too bad the office staff are so uncaring and unprofessional.

The lady working front desk and long nails not sure if she Hispanic or African American.Today’s date April 22nd round around 3pm This is for you. First all she was very rude! I told her that my husband wanted me to make him appointment because he couldn’t get through on the phone and I told her that he had already had appointment that was canceled and that he only had a week left of medication when I made the appointment last time and I was very nice about it and she tells me that he is grown he can call. Well thank you Captain Obvious!! I know he an adult as his wife when you don’t answer your phone I have every right to come in and make an appointment for him because my name on his file so do your research sweetheart. You need to have her take some customer service classes before you put her at the front desk. Because she is definitely bad for business. Clarksville Location

I would not recommend this office to anyone. I waited a month in a half for my scheduled dental & PCP apt just for them to cancel on me last minute and tell me the next available apt is another month in a half out. The two call center women I’ve spoken to have been rude and seemed as though they didn’t know what they were doing. I’ve been actively on the phone with someone for 23 minutes simply to reschedule an apt while they have had me on hold.
